Peter Coy

Peter Coy is a Helen Hayes Award-winning playwright and SUNY Purchase-trained director with over 40 years of experience in theatre. Coy approached Olu & Company looking for a strategy to introduce new audiences to his plays, which center on issues of the American ethos—tapping into its history and consciousness from the 18th century to the present. Olu & Company rose to the challenge by designing (in collaboration with room for majic), producing and publishing a collection of five of Coy’s plays and managing a complete website redesign. 

We then secured coverage of A House in the Country and Other Plays in BroadwayWorld, The Daily Progress and more and sent 50-plus copies of Coy’s book to influential and noteworthy theater professionals and journalists.
