NADA 20th Anniversary Exhibitor Dinner
ILY2 hired Olu & Company to provide strategic marketing services, concept design and event production for the NADA Miami Beach x ILY2 20th anniversary exhibitor dinner. The dinner was designed by experimental installation artist Kim Swift, with glass works by Andi Kovel, music by Osunlade and food installations by Yip Studio, Ethan Brosowsky’s The Cheese Board and Thierry Isambert. Olu & Company facilitated the event from top to bottom—from onsite check-in, press wrangling and photo escort to permitting, location scouting and liquor sponsorship. The event was attended by over 700 individuals and was covered in outlets such as Interview Magazine and Document Journal. Services included event ideation and implementation, media relations, vendor relations, communications, guest list management, press and photo escorting.
