Artist Marion Wilson hired Olu & Company to provide professional development services. We manage communications as well as researching and applying for exhibition, residency and grant opportunities. We also executed a media relations campaign for “Uprooted/reRooted”—an initiative to reimagine an under-utilized courtyard at William Cramp Elementary School (in collaboration with Mural Arts Philadelphia). Recently, we worked on “The Landscape is Sanctuary to Our Fears,” which investigates ecology and landscape to foster a closer connection to self and place. The campaigns resulted in coverage from BOMB MagazineHyperallergicBillyPen and The Philadelphia Tribune, among others. Alongside this work, we also organized an influencer cultivation dinner in Manhattan, which had over 30 art world professionals in attendance.
