A HIP HODYSSEY by Ché Morales
Gangsta rap was all Ché Morales knew as a teenager. It was not until high school that a friend handed him Mos Def and Talib Kweli’s Black Star. The record changed his life and introduced him to the universe of intelligent rhymes. Just over two hours, "A HIP HODYSSEY" includes underground classics from Lootpack to Common, and other lyricists active from 95-00.
Ché Morales is an independent curator and experiential designer based in Brooklyn, NY. He has produced numerous projects throughout New York City, ranging from massive, large scale murals, to intricate contemporary art installations.
